Starting in Salem, Oregon in 2010, Momiji began as a small restaurant with five tables and a bar on Silverton Rd. Quickly gaining popularity in the area, the business has now grown far past it's humble beginnings. Fast forward to today and Momiji now proudly has 4 locations in the heart of Oregon and on the coast. With owner Bruce Zhen leading the business, Momiji will only continue to grow as customers discover the delicious sushi being created there daily.
